Preferred Outcomes

  • At least +70 to maximum Life
  • A resistance or regen suffix
  • Any tier of Conc Effect (only if you also have AoE support)

Crafting Steps

NOTE: This is a helmet which should have Righteous Fire socketed in it. You shouldn't make this helmet unless you intend to use RF with it.

    Buy an ilvl85+ Elder- or Shaper-influenced pure armour helmet (Giantslayer is best).

    Buy any non-corrupted / non-mirrored helmet with the other influence and use an Awakener's OrbAwakener's OrbDestroys one influenced item to transfer its influenced modifiers onto another. to get your armour helmet with both Elder and Shaper influences.
    • Click orb -> click the helmet you want to destroy -> click the helmet you want to craft on IN THAT ORDER.

    Use Essence of HorrorEssence of HorrorA corrupted essence. Adds one modifier from a small pool of powerful effects, varying by item slot. untitl you get any tier of Burning Damage.

Adds one modifier from a small pool of powerful effects, varying by item slot. is so expensive, you should be bench crafting a prefix and slamming Exalted OrbExalted Orb2cAdds a new random modifier to a rare item. any time you use an essence and have open suffixes left to maximize your efficiency.

    If you have an open suffix, you can use a Farric Lynx AlphaFarric Lynx Alpha2cBeastcraft that removes a random prefix and adds a random suffix., suffixes cannot be changed -> reforge cold, or allflame Exalted OrbExalted Orb2cAdds a new random modifier to a rare item. to fill the last suffix.

    Use a Wild Bristle MatronWild Bristle Matron215cBeastcraft that adds a random crafted meta-modifier. Fill all suffixes and leave a prefix open to force “Suffixes Cannot Be Changed”. to add "suffixes cannot be changed".

    Orb of ScouringOrb of Scouring1cRemoves all modifiers from an item. the prefixes, then craft flat armour and exalt (up to twice). If you don't get any tier of "socketed gems are supported by level # increased area of effect", remove crafted modifiers.
    • Repeat Steps 5-6 until you get any tier of "socketed gems are supported by level # increased area of effect".

    If you have two open prefixes, Allflame Exalted OrbExalted Orb2cAdds a new random modifier to a rare item. looking for + >70 to maximum Life or any tier of "socketed gems are supported by level # concentrated effect". Conc effect is usually not a good support gem for RF, but with the inc aoe support the radius loss is well worth the massive damage boost.
